IN GHARELU TARIKO SE AAP BADHA SAKTE HAI AANKHO KI ROSHNI



Bhale hi corrective lenses ya surgery ke bina, ankh ki roshni ko poori trah se sudharne ka koi sidhh tarika maujood nhi hai, lekin aise kayi saare tarike maujood hai, jo achhi roshani ke liye, aapki aankho ki health ko bahtar karte hai. Healthy khana aur vitamin aur minerals ke ache sources ka lena bhi aapke vision ke liye usefull hai. 
Nazar kamjor hona aajkal ek samasya ki baat hai. Iss samasya ko majboori maan lena samjhdari ki baat nhi hai kyuki sahi khan paan ki madad se kamjor nazar ko thik kiya ja sakta hai.




Chasma lagane ka main karan ankho ki thik se dekhbhal na karna, jaroori minrals ki kami ya anuvanshik ho sakte hai. Lekin sahi khan paan se iss samasya ka samadhan bhi nikala jaa sakta hai.
Janiye aisi hi kuch gharelu upaay jo ankho ki roshni  badhane me aapki help karegi -:

·     Pair ke talwo pr sarso ke tel ki malish karke soye. Subh ke samay nange pair hari ghas pr chale vah  roj anulom vilom exercise kare. Kanpati par Gaay ke ghee ki halke hath se rojana kuch der masaaj karne pr aankho ki roshni badhti hai.   


·        Ek chane ki daane jitani fitkari (फिटकरी) ko senk kar 100 grm gulabjal me    dalkar rakh le. Rojana raat ko sote samy is gulalbjal ki char panch bund aankho me dale. Sath hi pair ke talwo par ghee ki malish kare isse chasme ka number kam hona suru ho jayega.


·      Awle (आंवले)  ke paani se aankhe dhone se ya gulabjal dalne se ankhe swasth rahti hai.




·      Badaam ki giri badi saunf aur mishri teeno ko saman matra me mila le. Roj is mixture ko ek chammach me ek glass dudh ke sath raat ko sote samy le.




·      Aankho ke har prakar ke rogo jaise paani girna, aankhe aana , aankho ki durbalta aadi hone pr raat ko 8  badaam bhingo kar unhe pees kar paani me mila kar pine se ankhe swasth rahti hai.

·      Subah ke samay udhkar bina kulla kiye muh ki laar apni ankho me kajal ki tarah lagataar 6 mahine lagate rahne pr chasme ka number kam ho jata hai.

·     Triphala (त्रिफला) churn ko ratri me paani me bhingo kar, subah chankar us paani se aankhe dhone se netrajyoti badhti hai.



Ankho Ki Roshni Badhayengi Ye 5 Exercise

Din bhar computer par kaam ya der raat tak padhayi ke dauran ankhe sirf thak nhi jaati hai balki stress ka asar unki roshni pr bhi pad sakti hai. Aise me agar apne chehre ka charm mote chasme se nhi kharab karna chahte hai to kaam ke dauran ya adhik stress lagne pr ye exercise jrur kare.

Relaxation Exercise
Ankho ko adhik stress se rahat pahuchane ke liye yeh achaa exercise hai. Isee aap kabhi bhi kar sakte hai, Iske liye sabse pahle dono haatho ko apas me ragde aur phir tezi se ankho pr rakhe. Ankho ke age andhera rahna chahiye. Kuch der baad hatho ko hata le aur phir dhere dhere ankhe khole.

Palke Jhapkaaye
Ankho pr der tak rahne wale tanaw ko kam karne ke liye yah bahut asan exercise hai. Kam se kam 3 se 4 second tak apni palko ko lagatar jhapkaye aur phir ankhe tezi se band kar le. Kuch second baad ankhe khole. Aap  aram mahsoos karenge.

Dur Tak Dekhe
Iske liye aap ek aisa target chune jo aapki nazar me sabse dur ho aur use dekhne ki koshish kare. Kim se kam 5 se 10 Min tak yah exercise kare. Isse dur ki nazar majboot hoti hai aur focus badhta hai.

8 No. Ki Kalpana Kare
Aankho ka lachilapan badhane ke liye yah exercise hai. Apne samne kam se kam 10 feet ki duri pr dhyan focus kare. Kalpana kare  ki samne 8 no. hai aur use lagatar dekhe. Is no. ki lakiro pr aankho ko focus kare aur iske size ke adhar pr nazar ghumaye.

Jam Kare
Focus tez karne ke liye yah achhi exercise hai. Apne anguthe pr focus kare. Dhere dhere anghuthe ko ankho ke nazdik laye aur phir dhere dhere ise ankho se dur kare.

Note
Jab aap computer ke samne ho, tab 20/20/20 ke niyam ki practice kare.
20 min kaam karne ke baad 20 second ka break lekar kisi aisi cheej ko dekhe, jo aap se 20 feet dur ho. Iss tarah se aapki aankhe phir se adjust ho sakti hai aur un par utna jyada jor nhi padega.
